How Does Lincoln Pickup & Delivery Work?
Your time is priceless. With Lincoln Pickup & Delivery you won’t need to take time out of your busy schedule to bring your vehicle in for service. Instead, we come to you. You can choose the best time and location for your pickup and delivery.
Lincoln Pickup & Delivery is a simple and easy process that consists of three main steps:
Schedule your pickup and delivery:
This can be booked online or through the Lincoln Way™ App. Choose the date and time that's most convenient for you, and we'll take care of the rest.
Vehicle pickup:
On the day of your scheduled pickup, a Lincoln Service Valet will come to your preferred location to pick up your vehicle. They will inspect your vehicle, document any concerns or issues, and provide you with a loaner vehicle if needed.
Vehicle delivery:
After your vehicle has been serviced, we'll deliver it back to your preferred location. You'll receive a notification when your vehicle is on its way, and we'll confirm your delivery time.
